Welcome to the support center of the GSI-SERTRACEN Corporate Group

GSI’s regional support has a technical service structure in all the countries of the region, where we concentrate and prepare specialists to form the first level of service to our clients.

Our Request Attention Service will allow you to request information about the products provided by GSI, clarify doubts regarding the use of a particular product and report errors that the products generate and cannot be understood by our clients.

Each of the requests will be registered in the GSI ticket system, and their priority will be established according to their criticality.

Requests or calls will be identified by a unique request number or ticket number, which will facilitate the monitoring and resolution of technical support services
